Dear prospective authors

We have changed the Author Fees Policy. It did not require an article submission Charge (ASC) before, but due to many authors who were not responsible for revising the reviewed articles, we have decided to implement a new policy of authors' fees. 

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission Charge (ASC): 250000.00 (IDR)

This journal charges Article Submission Charges (ASC) to indicate that the authors are serious about publishing their articles in this journal:

Foreigners pay U$20 via PayPal Link: PayPal, Indonesians pay via Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) or Mobile Transfer to Bank Account: 0660-0101-3389-500 (Editor in Chief). With the payment of this fee, the review, editorial decision, and author notification on this manuscript are guaranteed to take place within 4 weeks.

Article Publication Charge: 500000.00 (IDR)

Article Publication Charges (APC): 500.000.- (IDR) only applicable as the Premise is Indexed in SINTA 3. Article Publishing Charges may change when this Journal is indexed in SINTA 1,2, or Scopus (active)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Charge (APC) to cover publication costs, and it is paid after the article is officially accepted. The payment is transferred to a different Bank account (contact: premise.editor@gmail.com) for further processing. 

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
