Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan terhadap Inovasi Teknologi Dimediasi Oleh Adopsi Fintech pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah

Abstract


Penelitian ini adalah studi kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap adopsi fintech, 2) pengaruh adopsi fintech terhadap inovasi teknologi, 3) pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap inovasi teknologi pada UMKM di Kota Surakarta, 4) pengaruh mediasi adopsi fintech pada literasi keuangan terhadap inovasi teknologi pada UMKM di Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling Pengujian validitas menggunakan Validitas Konvergen dan Validitas Diskriminan, serta uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha dan Composite Reliability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji multikolinearitas, uji goodness of fit, dan Analisis Regresi Hierarki dan uji mediasi dengan metode Baron & Kenny. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi fintech dengan nilai p-value 0,000; 2) adopsi fintech berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi teknologi dengan nilai p-value 0,000; 3) literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi teknologi dengan nilai p-value 0,000; 4) adopsi fintech memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara literasi keuangan terhadap inovasi teknologi pada dengan nilai p-value 0,000
