PENGARUH INOVASI INDIVIDU DAN PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP NIAT BERWIRAUSAHA SOSIAL

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dua hal utama: 1) pengaruh inovasi individu terhadap niat berwirausaha sosial pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Sebelas Maret; 2) pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha sosial pada kelompok mahasiswa yang sama. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2021 dan 2022. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 152 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling untuk memastikan perwakilan yang proporsional dari setiap angkatan. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti terlebih dahulu melakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas untuk memastikan kelayakan model regresi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, uji-t, serta perhitungan koefisien determinasi untuk melihat kekuatan pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik inovasi individu maupun pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap niat mahasiswa dalam menjalankan kewirausahaan sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor internal seperti kemampuan berinovasi serta faktor eksternal berupa pembelajaran kewirausahaan memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong minat berwirausaha sosial di kalangan mahasiswa.
