Focus and Scope

JPF (Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika) FKIP UM Metro  is an integrated forum for communicating scientific advances in the field of physics and physics education. The journal reports significant new findings related to physics and education physics.

Peer Review Process

Studies submitted to the journal management system is evaluated by the editors and field editors. The manuscripts are critically evaluated basing on the journal’s submission criteria:

  • scope of the journal and appropriateness to the field of study
  • evaluation of the similarity with Turnitin
  • appropriateness to the writing rules
  • Publication language (APA 6 rules )

 

Submitted papers are evaluated by  two referees anonymous referees  who are specialized in the field concerned for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation (double-blind review). The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully between 1 - 2 months. Please notice that may be paper submissions to JPF (Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika) FKIP UM Metr the duration of the review process can be up to 3 months.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Journal History

Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika FKIP UM Metro  atau disingkat JPF (P- ISSN: 2337-5973, e-ISSN:2442-4838) adalah jurnal yang terbit setahun 2 kali setiap bulan Maret dan September. Berisi kajian ilmiah, hasil penelitian tentang pendidikan dan kajian keislaman yang memberi kontribusi pada pemahaman, pengembangan teori fisika dan konsep keilmuan fisika, serta aplikasinya terhadap pendidikan fisika di Indonesia.
