Hubungan antara Regulasi Emosi dan Kepuasan Pernikahan pada Generasi Z

Penelitian ini didorong oleh fenomena tantangan dalam menjaga keharmonisan perkawinan di kalangan pasangan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk secara empiris menguji hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan kepuasan perkawinan pada Generasi Z. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara regulasi emosi dan kepuasan perkawinan, dengan tingkat regulasi emosi yang lebih tinggi mengarah pada tingkat kepuasan perkawinan yang lebih tinggi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 individu dari Jawa Tengah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kepuasan perkawinan ENRICH dan Kuesioner Regulasi Emosi (ERQ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diuji menggunakan Uji Korelasi Spearman diterima. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dan kepuasan perkawinan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil r = 0,791 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kemampuan regulasi emosi, semakin tinggi pula kepuasan perkawinan yang dirasakan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya mengembangkan keterampilan manajemen emosi bagi pasangan muda untuk meningkatkan kualitas hubungan perkawinan mereka.
