Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak literasi keuangan terhadap kekhawatiran keuangan di masa tua di masa tua secara global. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu Ordinary Least Squares regression (OLS). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 109 negara tahun 2021. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kekhawatiran keuanganm di masa tua. Analisis tambahan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat miskin lebih terdampak ketika tingkat literasi keuangan mereka bertambah; perempuan cenderung tidak mengambil resiko sehingga dengan penambahan literasi keuangan memungkinkan mengurangi kekhawatiran keuangan mereka di masa tua, begitu juga pada individu usia muda yang cenderung masih labil sehingga mereka akan terbantu dengan meningkatnya literasi keuangan
