This study aims to determine and explain the level of relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making for students at SMK Negeri 54 Jakarta. This research is of a quantitative type and has a correlational approach. The questionnaire method was used in this study to obtain data from both variables. The population in this study were class XII students at SMK Negeri 54 Jakarta with a total of 262 students. The sample used was 159 students who were taken using the slovin formula with simple random sampling technique. The data analysis used was the Pearson product moment correlation analysis with the help of SPSS ver 22, Based on the results of the analysis obtained by 0.647 which means a strong degree of correlation, meaning that the relationship in this study has a positive relationship to self-efficacy and career decision making.Downloads
