Strategi Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Permainan untuk Meningkatkan Optimisme

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary research, which shows the level of optimism of the students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mathla'ul Anwar University Banten batch 2018 of 35.6% who are in the medium category, 30% of students are pessimistic, and 3.3% of students are people who very pessimistic. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of the play technique treatment model in increasing the level of optimism. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using a non-parametric test. Treatment was carried out with One Group Pretest-Posttest Experimental Design. The results showed that the results of the pretest and posttest scores decreased. This proves that the playing technique is effective in increasing the level of student optimism.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil penelitian pendahuluan yang menunjukkan tingkat optimisme mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Mathla'ul Anwar Banten angkatan 2018 sebesar 35,6% yang berada pada kategori sedang, 30% mahasiswa pesimis, dan 3,3% siswa adalah orang yang sangat pesimis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan keefektifan model perlakuan teknik bermain dalam meningkatkan tingkat optimisme. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji non parametrik. Treatment dilakukan dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Experimental Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil skor pretest dan posttest mengalami penurunan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa teknik bermain efektif untuk meningkatkan tingkat optimisme mahasiswa.
