This research is an experimental development research with the ADDIE learning development model, namely by carrying out the flow of teaching material development which has 5 stages, namely, analysis (Analyze), design (Design), development (Develop), implementation (Implement), and evaluation (Evaluate). ). The android-based practicum guide product was then validated by 6 expert validators and the product assessment was based on student responses. 2 material expert validators, 2 media expert validators, 2 design expert validators, and the results ofstudent responses, using a questionnaire. Based on the research and development carried out, the android-based learning practicum guide in microtechnical courses is used to strengthen students' scientific attitudes and performance. declared valid and practical because the validation process has been carried out by the validator and obtained an average percentage of 82.75%, so that it is included in the very valid criteria and can be used as a tool to strengthen students' scientific attitudes and performance.
