Bioedukasi is an open access journal containing scientific articles in the form of research, literature studies, ideas, application of theory, critical analysis studies, and studies of the Islamization of science education in the field of Biology.
Bioedukasi was published in 2010 following May starting with OJS (Operation Journal System) in May 2015. The Bioedukasi was published twice a year, namely the period January to May and June-November, which was published by Biology Education FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro.
Bioedukasi was pioneered by Dr. Muhfahroyin, M.T.A. now under the leadership of Agil Lepiyanto, M.Pd. assisted by Rasuane Noor, M.Sc. as managing editor. published twice a year, namely the period January to May and June-November, where every year there are 2 volumes from the beginning of volume 1 number 1 so that now it reaches volume 10 no 2. Furthermore in 2017 until now the Bioeducation Journal has been indexed by DOAJ.
